Specifically designed for this machine, the system controls the whole operation.
The process is automatic after the entry of all the parameters and the touch screen
displays operations in progress.
Bundling unit
Composed of fixed press for initial compression and a mobile carriage (mobile press + bundler). Final compression, transportation of the bundle, binding and length control take place in this unit.
Hydraulic system
With high-end components and easy access for maintenance; its electronic system provides fast, reliable and precise operation.
Feeder
With 4 rollers (2 horizontal and 2 vertical) and scrapers to prevent material blockage; great traction power.
Feeding table
May be tilted to ease transportation.
Rotation system
Continuous and unlimited rotation, with 2 stage rotation reducer and oil-bath negative brakes.
Leveller
2 powerful hydraulic cylinders control the levelling of the bundler on sleep terrain.
Cutter
Through metal shears (patented system) and with great cutting power; maintenance not required.
Optional equipment – fast coupling kit
Comprised of 1 hydraulic cylinder for assembly, 1 5-lever distributor, 1 pigtail kit, 4 support hydraulic cylinders.
Fast coupling system (optional)
Action from the distributor at the base of the bundler, it makes coupling and uncoupling possible through a hydraulic cylinder and a 4-jack support system.
